NAAMA Houston's Mission
The Houston chapter of the National Arab American Medical Association advances the well-being of Arab Americans and MENA communities through education, leadership, and community-centered philanthropy.
Rooted in these values, NAAMA Houston has made a lasting impact since its inception by:
- Fundraising for critical health and wellness causes
- Organizing humanitarian missions to provide relief support
- Hosting presentations and conversations led by experts in the health sciences
- Creating a space for Arab American physicians and their families to come together and build community
About This Fund
The NAAMA Houston Charitable Fund, housed at the Center for Arab American Philanthropy, exists to ensure that NAAMA Houston exists in perpetuity.
The fund strengthens the backbone of NAAMA Houston’s work by investing in its long-term strength and sustainability. It will directly:
- Support operations and administrative staff in perpetuity
- Advance NAAMA Houston’s mission by funding scholarships and philanthropic initiatives
